I've had my stuff stored there for two years and couldn't be more pleased with the service I get from management. The manager (Byron) is always professional knowledgeable, and kind. Him and his employees keep the units and property clean and secure. ... Read more

I currently have a unit here and was on a waitlist for a smaller unit. Was called on Friday to come in on Saturday to view and sign documents. When I arrived Rachel helped to show me the unit when showing the unit was dirty with some sticky stuff on the floor advised me to come back tomorrow and it would be clean and ready for me. Well here I came today as yesterday I received a called at 4:48 and they closed at 5:30 to reserve a time slot. Been calling and no answer showed up at 11am and Tara is now telling me she can not help me. I can not transfer units and called the cops on me because I’m showing her information of her calling me and leave me only 1 voicemail when she claims it was 2. I’ll update you guys when the cops arrive. Once cops arrived Tara told them the unit has been rented. Morale of the story she claims to be the manager and is completely rude and got made I had proof. ... Read more

Terrible Service - Michelle is too stupid to realize she is loosing customers. I have been using the facility since 2011 - long before she was there - and paying every month like clock work - now she decides NOT to accept a valid form of payment (I have been making since I started). Totally ridicules. Interesting that when I talk to the Manager, he accepted payment just fine as was always the case. 1 Star ONLY because I couldn't post without it. They (because they actually have that nasty, liar answering phones and talking to customers) do not deserve a single star. ... Read more

Michelle (the manager) misrepresents herself and provides NO customer service! I have been a tenant for almost two years and never had an issue. In that time, I have had several interactions with Michelle since she and her husband took over management and she has always been unpleasant and unfriendly. When I recently vacated, I walked into her office two weeks prior in order to ask her for move out instructions. I clearly stated that I did not want to incur any additional charges for days that I didn't need. She told me that I needed to be out by the 10th of the month in order to secure a prorated refund. I made special arrangements to be out by the 10th. I took a day off work and brought in people to help me move out of my 2 units and parking space. When I reported to the office to check out, Michelle informed chose that moment to inform me that I would not qualify for a prorated refund due to the fact that I was an "autopay" customer and they already debited my account for the month. When I reminded Michelle of our earlier conversation, she complained that I would need to leave her office and she didn't need to provide any resolution. When I became upset, (not yelling or angry) she called the Sheriff's department, alleging that I was being abusive. This woman does not know how to manage any circumstance out of the ordinary routine and has NO IDEA what customer service is about. Her answer to dealing with a customer who is upset, was to call the police and claim that a crime was being committed so I would just "go away". She REFUSED to provide the name of her manager/owner when asked. This is unacceptable!! I will be going to the City of Santa Clarita and lodging a complaint with the BBB. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 23715 Carl Court include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 23715 Carl Court start from $71 and can go up to $387 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
