1. The parking location arrangement is unreasonable. The parking lot is far away from the residents. Some residents even have to walk for a long time to the elevator and then take the elevator upstairs to get to their parking space. 2. Poor sound insulation. 3. When other residents close the door, the door to my room will be shaken by the wind due to the effect of the wind. When I am sleeping, I will think that someone else is intruding. 4. There is little storage space in the room. There is no storage room, only a cloakroom. 5. The toilet design is small.

I've lived here for 2 years and it's been the best experience ever. The management is responsive, maintenance is extreme fast.

I lived at LinQ apartments for 3 years and must say it was the best leasing experience I've had to date. Never any big issues and whenever there was an issue the staff and/or maintenance were quick to address it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and the neighbors are all extremely pleasant. Robin in the leasing office was a great manager during the time and would always stop to speak to me in passing at the office or anywhere on the property. It just goes to show how much he cares about the residents! I am grateful for the time spent here and if I ever move back to California I would most definitely rent here again!
