Expensive for overall quality of the building
Cons: Rent renewals are high. Utility bills are out of the roof. Poor apartment quality. Elavator breaksdown frequently. Not so friendly leasing office staff No children’s play area Pros: Decent location Maintanance Team is good and friendly

Great Experience
Excellent been here for years and I have no complaints. Staff is welcoming and the environment is great for a senior like myself. I recommend The Enclave to friends and family. The amenities are clean and safe.
