Lazyness in both Leasing office Managment. 1 or 2 maintenance needs training. Lies allot to the residents so they dont have to fix the issues. The only thing positive about Enclave, they have 2 areas to play tennis. And you wont get your deposit back, we had to move out and get a better place in Fremont, and we had a pet, we thought we were under arrest with the way the assistant manager approached us. Not a good place to live.

Location is good, but it is expensive. Community is decent, pool is good, there are some tennis courts as well, but price should be a couple of hundred dollars less to make it like wow
