All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted. Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier, Presa Canario or Wolf Dog. Dog Registration Requirements: We pride ourselves on being a pet-friendly community and kindly ask pet owners to do their part. To encourage responsible pet ownership, all dogs must be registered with PooPrints to help with pet waste management. PooPrints uses DNA technology to match dog waste to the dog/dog owner. The PooPrints registration fee is $50.00 per dog and is non-refundable. Dogs must be registered with PooPrints within 5 days of the dog owner’s lease start date. The dog owner agrees to add/display a PooPrints tag on their dog's collar for proof of registration. If your dog has an accident in a common area, please contact us immediately so we can provide immediate clean-up and reduce/eliminate any potential cost to you. All pet owners must follow community guidelines. Pet Rent: There is an additional $35 per month pet rent per cat and $65 per month pet rent per dog. Pet Deposits: 1 or 2 cats: $500 1 cat and 1 dog: $850 1 dog: $600 2 dogs: $1,000.

Can hear clear noise from the upstairs unit, including footsteps. Sometimes, you can feel the floor and the wall shaking due to upstairs unit activities.

Nice but not great value

For paying so much money, I really want to make sure my mail, trash and parking service is not interrupted - and those are the weak points about living here. Beyond disappointed that the retail storefronts remain empty and will likely be converted to additional units. This development could reinvigorate J-town, but mostly contributes a small park.
