Place is pretty decent. Apartment, amenities, and building are pretty good. Need a bit more upkeep or replacement of elevator. Need to remove lock boxes from apartment door.

if you want to relax after work this is not the place. avoid second floor. the night club is right bellow.

If like a peace and quiet night sleep this is not the place, after the bar downstairs open its a crazy house that building.
