Location is good but it's a very old apartment complex

OK choice in the area and it's close to big employers. Set proper expectation for an old apartment complex in terms of amenities.

Annoyed

Neighbors at time play loud music, not too disruptive just annoying at times. Abandoned white/blue pick up truck taking up space on the curb, belonging to neighbor from #2 previous manager was able to intervene.

Nice place

Basic needs met, good property management, responsive when maintenance is needed, good neighbors. It would be nice if the laundry machines were upgraded so we wouldn't have to go on quarter hunts when there's a shortage but other than that I'm happy with the place
