Great location

We love the neighborhood we're in and how we are within walking distance of some of our favorite restaurants and Griffith Park. My main notes are with the gym (there should be more free weights available) and parking (it would be ideal to have two slots). Overall, we have loved our time at 115 Rodney Drive.

Great place to live

Love the neighbourhood. The building is clean. Pool area leaves a little something to be desired but the staff is friendly and prompt. I hear street noise but never my neighbours.

I've never loved home so much!

I've lived here for a little under two years now. Michael and Carlos are fantastic and are so good to us and maintenance and repairs happen very quickly with the absolute highest of care. They're very communicative and I know how much they care. Neighbors are super nice and courteous. Neighborhood is to die for. I hope to live here for a very long time.

My favorite apartment I've ever had

The neighborhood is delightful and SO walkable. Michael and Carlos are so kind and helpful and quick to solve any maintenance issues. The place really has everything you could want and need (laundry, elevator, pool, gym). I love living here.
