A place with a view

I like my new apartment because it has a lot of space and storage. I feel that this place is tranquil and homey because of the waterfall sounds and the natural setting. The neighbors have been very nice and respectful. It is a well-maintained facility, and the staff that runs the place are great. There were two issues when I first came in and they were both handled quickly. It is family-friendly and we are enjoying our new place. If there is any drawback is that the street has very little parking because of the number of apartment complexes. It is walking distance from Montrose and that is a great plus.
