Need to unlock bathrooms and fix bbq grills

Need to fix bbq grills upstairs. And unlock bathrooms on second and first floor. And fix door handle on the B0 level going from elevators to parking structure.

Safe, cozy, fun, and clean.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Brand for the past 4 years. The common areas are clean and it's a pleasure to both relax and work in the conference rooms, rooftop, and by the pool. The gyms are always clean, accessible, and spacious. The property manager, Misty, is kind, helpful, and understanding. She is thorough and resourceful when I have questions or need to make any changes to my lease (e.g., renew lease, add partner to lease, transfers, etc). The staff is also very kind, resourceful, and prompt with any questions, repairs, etc I have. I feel very safe living here, which is extremely important for me as a woman. My apartment is cute and cozy. I love it. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The Brand is in the perfect location-surrounded by many restaurants, the mall, and Americana. I highly recommend living here.
