Love the building and the community

Not only is the Brand a wonderfully designed multi-family complex with great amenities, and is it located in the epicenter of Glendale with easy walking access to a plethora of great eats, shopping, and entertainment - but the staff and residents here literally the best. The leasing office staff in particular has one above and beyond in multiple instances to accommodate my needs as a tenants. Kudos.

Nice Stay

Great place to live! Walkable to tons of restaurants and three movie theaters. Lots of amazing amenities and the place is super clean. Cleaning crew cleans it every day. A good amount of guest parking spots are now available which is much better than when there were only 6 spots. I wish an additional resident parking spot was much more affordable though. Right now it is $150 extra for an additional car and that is a tandem spot :/ Also wish rent didn't go higher each year. Great place to stay and somewhat affordable for now!
