Great place to live, people are friendly
Life at Lavida
We have only been here 6 weeks, but so far, things are good. We feel confident that when the construction is completed, and all the amenities are in place, we will be very happy here. The location is great--within walking distance of all kinds of shopping and restaurants, and good access to transit.

Not everything is up and running yet
I am pleased with the staff. Schilda has been amazing since the beggining of signing my lease, Jakob and Ada have been attentive to any issues that arise. I know ive been a emailing quite a bit and right now a lot is a work in progress but my service has been great from them! I do notice the suites hear a lot more noise then lead to believe with the showing in the stay suite, so I feel a little mislead in that sense. All three of us in 306 do find it a little unfair that the amenities are not available at the moment- we feel this is included in the rent cost and would appreciate accomodayion with this. Overall, happy with the buidling management- but just a few issues to be addressed. Thanks for everything
