A Nice Place To Live

A very nice place to live, especially if you are looking for a quiet, clean and well maintained building with amazing staff to deal with. A locker for bikes and a bus stop both ways right out on Academy Way in front of the building. Near UBC, accepts well behaved pets with approval.

Poor Quality Wooden Fixtures

I've noticed that all the wooden fixtures, including drawers, furniture, and even the kitchen and wash basin areas, are made with materials that are highly susceptible to moisture damage. It's incredibly frustrating because even a small amount of moisture causes significant damage, which seems almost intentional, as if it's designed to fail and then lead to charges for repairs. This poor quality is unacceptable, especially in a place where durability should be a priority.

Scarce Parking

Apparently there aren’t enough parking spaces for the number of units. Wish I knew that prior to signing a lease but fortunately got a spot.

Overpriced for what you get. Staff is constantly changing. Neighbours stalk you and are nosey. Violation of privacy.
