Overpriced for what you get. Staff is constantly changing. Neighbours stalk you and are nosey. Violation of privacy.

Nice Building

The building is nice, maintenance is is very good, no protective parking is available but we have assigned parking spaces. Be aware that the building is geared towards UBC international students so furnished apartments make this a great choice and the typical noisy parties held by a few younger inconsiderate tenants can be a problem. You will need to commute to either the pricey grocery store and pharmacy by the airport or more budget friendly options in Kelowna. Medical and dental in Kelowna. There is a corner store with a pretty good selection of items but expect a higher price-point. There is a bar in the same area and a small commute to fast food choices nearby or use delivery services. Bus stop right outside but it is geared to UBC students and in summer it doesn't operate so it is a good walk from UBC bus terminal. Alternative transportation by e-bike and e-scooter can usually be found nearby.
