I like my place at Ivy Walk. The staff are friendly and respond quickly to any concerns brought to their attention to the best of their ability in a very positive manner. I was proud to be living in such a clean and well maintained place. However, there have been changes that need attention. The lobby is often found littered with debris blown in from outside. For days not even a broom is used let alone a mop. The outside around the lobby entrance is littered with debris blown in, garbage and food containers crushed with food littered onto the sidewalk. A few times I've walked out to vomit left to dry for multiple days in a row. Your lawn maintenance team is not worth the money you pay them. The last few years your lawns are in such desperate need of attention due to large, hard, bare patches of dirt with clumps of weeds growing where grass once grew. The few perennials are choked by weeds and hedges. We get such wonderful weather where a lush green lawn and colorful flowers require just a little water on a timer. They bring such joy and it really is such a waste of time to mow dirt and weeds. Visitors complain constantly that they don't know where to park and when they eventually see the signs the comments ranged from where the signs are posted is not visible and the font is too small. May I suggest an additional large sign at entrance of parking lot. Thanks for listening.

The staff are great, love the BlueBox parcel lockers but I have noticed a decrease in the cleanliness of the hallways, lobby, outside (garbage, broken glass, cigarette butts.) and the maintenance of the plants and lawn outside. My guests have noticed the change too and it has been brought up by different friend groups that don't cross paths with each other.

A very nice place to live, especially if you are looking for a quiet, clean and well maintained building with amazing staff to deal with. A locker for bikes and a bus stop both ways right out on Academy Way in front of the building. Near UBC, accepts well behaved pets with approval.
