Have lived here for a good 5 years now, the location is great. Quite literally 10-15 minutes from anywhere in Kelowna. Staff and management are friendly and readily available during the week. Had our AC unit go faulty beginning of summer in 2025, it was tackled right away. Whole unit replaced. Very good at getting back to maintenance requests and any questions/comments/concerns you may have. Also, being near the rail trail is a bonus especially if you bike

It is so nice living here. Our cats love window watching with the southwest facing view, and the traffic noice isn't even that bad!!

Value to what is recieved feels low at times
