Clean, Beautiful.

Living at Ivy Hall has its perks, If you face the South, you will have one of the most beautiful views apart from maybe the lake view places. The farmland in the distance is awesome. If you do not drive, It is very hard to get around as the only bus that travels Academy Way, only comes about 8 times per day. Lime scooters work, but can be expensive. The hills between Ivy Hall and Academy Way Corner store can be pretty tough. Most of the balconies are super spacious. Cleaning team is seen around the building often. It is a non-smoking property, and you likely will see a fair share of people ignoring that, despite the fact that between Ivy Hall, Ivy Walk and U Three, there is a smoking pit with a butt tower, and a bench. You just have to head through the mezzanine towards the northern side of the building. For the most part you will not hear much of your side to side neighbours. I find that you may hear them scooch a chair. However, the bathrooms are definitely less soundproof, and I can often hear my upstairs neighbors having conversations, or a toilet flush. You may hear the HVAC unit from someone else, but thats no biggie. We all just want to be comfortable! Most of the tenants are super kind as well. Only had one guy slam a door in my face! If you are looking for a safe place with little risk of street people. This is your place. The community manager is real quick and kind. She definitely keeps this place in check. Super chill lady! There is not much street parking if you have additional vehicles. Pet friendly building, they have a big grassy front area to run around with your leashed pup. Lots of complimentary poopy bags! They did get rid of the mezzanine garbage cans which were really handy. They have four picnic tables in that mezzanine. Overall, you would not be making a bad choice at all if you choose to live at Ivy Hall. If you are a bathtub person however, look into Ivy Walk.

Great for Students

lived here for 2 years and its great if you attend the university. Not much noise for us but sound does travel quite easily.

Apartment review

Its a great apartment, with a very spacious kitchen and loving area. The rooms have lots if room and a desk whoch comesnin handy. The closets have llts of room for storage and the baghroom is wonderful
