468 could not be better situated, with the lake close by and shopping/restaurants at the other end of the street.

Thoroughly enjoying living this small community, love the view and location, without the noise of main streets, relatively small amount of apartments creates for a very comfort and peaceful living. A surprising amount of pets and even more surprising with nearly zero noise issues. This building has many fascets from size to layout that makes it feel more like being at home than other rentals I have experienced in kelowna. Heather, the properry manager is absolutely wonderful and always goes above and beyond with any matter or questions, her positive and friendly candor is likely a highlight of many residents here. Only small negative comment I have is that some of the neighbours clearly smoke weed once or twice a week and the vents carry that in temporairly. Though it’s still a better option than hearing club music or bass through walls, which I dont.

Fantastic location, staff, and amenities.

I have lived at 468 West Avenue since June 2021. Heather is a great Commmunity Manager who answers all questions and inquiries promptly. The location cannotbe beat.

Great location and staff is great. Could be cheaper

We have lived in 468 West since it opened, and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, being situated midway between the Pandosy shops and restaurants, and the lake. Since living here we have acquired trikes, and have spent many enjoyable hours cycling along the lakeshore. All of the staff are very helpful and maimtenance issues are dealt with promptly. The terrace is very well equipped, and we have enjoyed entertaining friends and family in the BBQ area. We hope to spend much more time here,
