So far my experience with troika rentals has been abismal. They are not very helpful or accomodating to the renters. They have rules in place but only pick and choose wich ones they want to uphold. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Maintenance is not good. No explanation of how appliances work when I moved in as I was given a bunch of manuals to read and told to fix myself. I've lived her for 4 months and the heater doesn't work and it is freezing and blowing out cold air.
