Management is great, professional and personal; quick to responde to requests ans does a good job maintaining a clean building and area. The builsing is safe and secure. Its also oet friendly. The suite is bright and spacious and well designed; happy yo cqll it home. Wish suite had a linen closet and a pantry/storage of some aort. Wish building had a pool or a gym, although the community room is nice. The parking spots could be wider and have more visitor parking. Overall a good place but a bit too pricey.

I've only lived here a short time and love living almost out in the countryside, where this apartment is located. The staff has been very welcoming and has answered all my questions and concerns so far. The maintenance staff has been on top of things when a few situations arose in the apartment, when I did not know how to operate the central heat/air system. The only downside so far is the noise from the "smoking bench", which is located across the street from my apartment. The residents gather there just about every evening and are very loud, speaking and laughing at late hours. I'm sure I'm not the only one who hears this and find it annoying.. Otherwise, there are no concerns; the building is very quiet, and I love the underground parking.

Glenmore central is close to a bunch of stores and minutes from either end of town. Reasonably priced and great staff

I hasve enjoyed living at Glenmore central, the staff are fabulous. Some tenants are disrespectful of the no smoking rules and smoke on their balcaonies. Sound proofing in the building is poor as is the draft control from around the windows. Overall, this has been a good experience living here.
