Lavida is a brilliant spot to live in if you're earning good money - the units are bigger than the similar ones downtown (this was my primary reason for moving here) and also marginally less expensive - but even still, it's a lot of money to pay for a rental outside of the lower mainland. I would absolutely make the same decision to move here again, but do I consider it to be good value for money? Not really. All that being said, living here is great and I'm extremely happy with the complex and unit.

Everything is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The location is central, the traffic on benvoulin can be loud but that's unavoidable.
