Pretty spacious; fairly quiet; nice location within downtown area but not too central! Really the only downfalls are the VERY limited hot water. You cannnot have a shower longer than 15 minutes at minimal hot temperature. You definitely cannot shower if tou have another appliance running. The washer and dryer are quite small and bedding, or large loads need to be split in two.

Have loved living in this building for years, when i moved in there was a sense of community with tenets and our onsite manager (Dean). since the shift in management and Deans departure the building has took a sharp decline in management... I feel bad for Kelly (Deans replacement) as Deans outgoing and friendly personality are big shoes to fill, and truly irreplaceable... I've talked to many other tenants about Cal our property manager, as he clearly has no care for the tenants, he doesn't bother to remember anyone's names, nor respects that we consider this our home. I understand that many tenants come and go, and there is many people to remember. But after reintroducing myself several times, and hearing similar stories from other tenants, I can tell The Lodges is clearly nothing more then a job to Cal...

The location is great. The place is new, well kept, and the property managers are on top of things. No problems getting things fixed or serviced on a scheduled maintence item. The buiding is owned by a corporate entity with a professional property management company that knows what its doing. There’s an online portal to communicate through. The gym and common areas are always clean. My wife and I feel secure in the building. The two cons are the uncovered parking lot is on a first come first serve basis. There’s always a spot, but it’s just not reserved. And Clement street is a busy street. The units that face the parking lot don’t have this issue, but you dont get the sunshine in the windows.
