Perfect Urban Living at 1195 Richter St, Kelowna

I've been fortunate to call 1195 Richter St in Kelowna home, and it's been an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, with shops, restaurants, and Okanagan Lake nearby. The building is well-maintained, and the apartments are modern and spacious with stunning views. The amenities, security, and sense of community make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for the perfect urban living experience in Kelowna. Highly recommended!

Great location, overall happy here but some compromises

Have lived here since it opened, overall very satisfied. Management runs it fairly well, and most tenants are respectful. Some abuse the non-smoking rules though which gets irritating in the summer when opening your windows/patios. Parking is a free-for-all and above ground unfortunately, but there are at least enough spots for all tenants. The street parking says 2 hours max but I've never seen anyone actually get towed by the city. The gym is just ok, and the community room was closed during covid and they've never opened it since. Location is the best part, but don't expect quiet weekends with pubs all around and Red Bird regularly holding weekend concerts. If you know what you're in for by living in the heart of the brewery district, you should be happy here.
