Patti O. on Jun 30, 2023We are Fla residents who are “summer birds.” This is our 5th year of renting in Eagle Ridge located in Monroeville, PA. We rent from July-October. In 2021 my husband had to hospitalized with a heart condition two days before we were moving out and coming back to Florida. Even though our apartment was already scheduled to be rented, Ian and the office personnel told me not to worry, they would take care of everything, and they did. They told me I had “enough on my plate and to take care of my husband.” Along with the heart condition (hospitalized twice), my husband had Covid and had to have three eye surgeries…detached retina. All this in six months. Finally was able to return to Florida in mid-April. Highly recommend Eagle Ridge. From office to maintenance, everyone is GREAT.

Very safe neighborhood with lots of trees around, a seasonal pond in the back, occasional deer and regular birds, bunnies and squirrels. Good plantation inside the campus. Most cost effective when you compare with Ventana, ParkWest and nearby apartments. Offer in-house washer-dryer. Very quick maintenance service. Great admin who actively ensure salespeople, etc never enter the complex.

Also a lot of things were broke when i moved in. for example, my tub doesn't work. My door knob to my bedroom randomly broke and wont screw back on. Other than that, everything else is fine. I love the cleaning ladies!!!!! Great job to them

The building holds a lot of activities for Everyone in the building especially the kids. I like that they try yo keep the kids busy. Apartments are very spacious and it looks very nice. You have washer and dryers in the building is very convenient. It your not able to use the laundry room in the building there is a laundry mat across the street from the building. Which is very convenient because it's walking distance as well.

The location is unmatched, and the apartment is spacious and fits me and my partner perfectly. Being in Center City obviously comes with some cons, like the loud drivers on Walnut Street, but the proximity that we are to so many amazing restaurants, parks, and other public amenities completely outweighs the negatives. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient. There are some aspects of upkeep that could be a bit better. For example, our apartment was not cleaned upon moving in, and the washer and dryer that are shared amongst everyone in the building are not great quality (my clothes always end up still wet after a drying cycle). There have been some other little things, mainly pertaining to cleanliness in the basement and upon moving in, but in all I feel this unit is worth it!
