I have lived here for over 5 years and have nothing but good experiences with the front office as well as the maintenance and housekeeping staff. The complex and grounds are well maintained and clean. Any questions or concerns are taken care of promptly. The location is very quiet and is easily accessible to shopping and restauraunts nearby. Very pleased with my apartment, staff and neighbors.

I’ve been living here since July 2025. Overall, it’s a good place for the price, especially given the convenient location where most essentials are within 3–4 miles. The downsides are the limited parking, a small fitness center with older equipment, and an expensive, cramped common laundry area—having in-unit washer and dryer hookups would be a major improvement. In my building, I previously noticed recurring weed odors and reported it twice. The issue seems to be resolved now, as I haven’t smelled anything for the past month, but it was a problem before.
