The good and ugly

I've lived here for 3 years. It started great but it appears new management has run the community down. No tree pruning in the back of the property or removal of debris, broken down trash area gate, no community activities at all , Rarely maintenance or management on site. They are always available to take your money but rarely respond to your questions. Otherwise, great neighborhood and neighbors. Quiet area, but the place is deteriorating
