Nice but weak maintenance staff

Average living experience; Maintenance needs improving. Small staff prevents daily maintenance, there isn't a scheduled routine that will maintain a healthy environment for the residents and the integrity of the building. Management isn't providing the necessary attention needed to make the changes. The Management staff and the company administrators/owners should be more involved with the needs and problems brought to their attention by residents and their families when issues arise. With better management I believe this building can be consider very desirable.

Needs improvement

I have lived here for 2+ years. The Management and maintenance staff should be full time not part time. The responses to requests are slow and also sometimes not started and/or not completed in a timely manner. Overall the management and ownership of the building don't seem to care about the residents or the overall upkeep of the building. I hope all of this will improve soon.
