So far it hasn’t been too bad a CB few problems but they have been taken care of v. All but the parking. Which is very disappointing

We have lived here for four months now. There have been a few small issues, but parking is abysmal and haphazardly run. The complex is mostly quiet. The price is a little too high, but everything else is wonderful. Maintenance is wonderful. Amenities are pretty good. The speed bumps on the hill come close to damaging my car every single day no matter how slow I go dow

The hallways rarely get cleaned; the windows even more rarely. No parking in fire lanes, but is never enforced, which aeems extremely dangerous if a fire happened. Other tenants dont follow the garbage rules and thr hallways stink. The trees above the parking spot drip sap, so i pay for a car wash membership to clean it off everyday.
