Great Apartment Complex

I have been a residents here at Mt Airy Place for 9 years and I love living here the staff in the leasing office as always helpful and kind to me. The matainance staff is also professional and prompt to handle any issues. My only complaint is the rent is why too expensive for this building and the apartment in a whole Nothing ever gets upgraded inside the Apartments, all the upgrade happens to the building . I also wish they would offer some kind of discount or program for long standing residents who pay they rents on time to help cut down on the high cost every month.

Great place to live

Alway had a great experience living here for the past 7 years I think the Rent is too high for the location and the fact that we do not have great amenities like dishwashers and garbage disposal, the elevator is alway breaking down and the Apartment window leaks when it rains... But other than that its a great location, the staff and matainance are first class. Just stop increasing the rents every year for the same apartment

Great Apartment community, rent is a bit high for location but great staff and maintenance...i like living here....its convenience and access to public transportation and shopping...very quiet and comfortable living...always clean and tidy.

Great Apartment community. I love it here

The Apartment community is great. I have been here for 7 years and never had a problem...Lisa Pinkney from the leasing office and Ron Turner from maintenance are first class employees and great people...i just moved into a new Apartment in building A and they made it a seem less transition. I hope to be here another 7 years God willing...Thank you. Mount Airy Place for being a place you can really call home.
