The matainance staff is also professional and prompt to handle any issues. My only complaint is the rent is why too expensive for this building and the apartment in a whole Nothing ever gets upgraded inside the Apartments, all the upgrade happens to the building . I also wish they would offer some kind of discount or program for long standing residents who pay they rents on time to help cut down on the high cost every month.

I love living at 1919 Market - the staff is so friendly, it's secure, and you can't beat the rooftop pool or top floor gym. The few times we've needed maintenance assistance, they came quickly. Having parking available attached to the building is so nice as well.

Love the convenience to my job and access to major thoroughfare as far as getting around in urban and suburban areas. I have noticed a decline in the overall living quarters here though, but I will say my building is still decent and my neighbors are respectful and hardworking. Things to work on: cleanliness of the common areas, perhaps cameras for security and keeping the rules enforced in the common areas. More focus on the clientele that’s allowed to rent here. My overall rating on a scale of 1-10 would be 7.5
