    I'm going on my 3rd year in a row living at WoH and there's truly nowhere else I'd rather be. It can be scary and intimidating when you start the apartment hunting process, but Walnut Capital takes those pains away! I've been so happy from day one with the level of professionalism and genuine care they have for their residents. The building is safe, clean, beautifully decorated, filled with friendly staff, loaded with awesome amenities, located steps away from all the great restaurants and grocery stores -- and they also plan monthly events for the residents.     Since moving to Hot Metal Flats, we've really come to enjoy the various benefits of living here! Location-wise it's located on the quieter end of South Side, but you can still enjoy various activities and eateries within walkable distance! The management here is great - very welcoming and accommodative to your needs. It has mostly everything you're looking for in apartment, and would recommend staying here without a doubt.

    I am relocating to the area from Washington State. When I tour the Washington at Chatham property I was taken back by how beauitful the complex was and how safe I felt walking through the halls.     We are Fla residents who are “summer birds.” This is our 5th year of renting in Eagle Ridge located in Monroeville, PA. We rent from July-October. In 2021 my husband had to hospitalized with a heart condition two days before we were moving out and coming back to Florida. Even though our apartment was already scheduled to be rented, Ian and the office personnel told me not to worry, they would take care of everything, and they did. They told me I had “enough on my plate and to take care of my husband.” Along with the heart condition (hospitalized twice), my husband had Covid and had to have three eye surgeries…detached retina. All this in six months. Finally was able to return to Florida in mid-April. Highly recommend Eagle Ridge. From office to maintenance, everyone is GREAT.

    I have enjoyed living at Walnut Towers at Frick Park for over a year. For the value, it is wonderful. The gym is often empty and the staff and maintenance worker, Bill, are very helpful. It is an older building and there are things that come along with that including some leaks, a smaller kitchen and smaller bathroom but the gorgeous view, parking, location, and quiet apartments with thick walls makes it well worth it.

    I love living here. It’s in a quiet and safe community. The only thing I wish was different is the parking situation. It would be nice if we could both have numbered parking spots, but I also understand there are limitations due to limited parking.

    I've lived here for one year during my residency. The staff has consistently been professional and helpful since the day I moved in. Maintenance is performed in a timely manner. Grocery stores and fast food nearby. Area feels safe and homey.

    I had plenty of student apartments throughout college, but Riverwalk was the first apartment I signed since moving to the area. The staff have been great throughout the entire process and the location cannot be beat. You can easily walk to a plethora of restaurants, and philly is just a short drive/train-ride away. The pool, gym, and outdoor grill area are great, and everything is well maintained. Maintence staff is quick and always on top of any requests. I love my apartment

    I enjoy living in Chestnut Ridge Apartments, where the amenities do not compare to anything else I have looked into. Having your own washer and dryer is a plus when you live alone and do not want to use a laundry mat. The convenience of the location being extremely close to everything in Robinson is also a plus. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Great living experience, especially if you are new to the area.

    I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that Alison has joined the team. She is incredibly attentive and really takes the time to hear and address any issue that may arise.     buildings are nice and clean. closets are spacious, rooms are a nice size and i love the fact i can change the temp in each room. maintenence gets the job done. the location isnt bad. the playground is good for kids. i like it here.
