Amazing propert, helpful leasing office.
Good apartments with poor insulation
Apartments and amenities are top notch. Floors and walls are poorly insulated. You will hear upstairs neighbours walking and stomping. Downstair neighbours will have issues with normal sound of everyday activities. I wish these walls and floors were well insulated.
Stop by and Look
This property is very deceiving. It is right on route 30 in Frazer but you would not know it from inside the property. The amenities are the best in the area and the staff is so resident friendly you will never want to leave.
First floor living.
Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. Sure, the place looks nice at a glance, the grounds/pool area is beautiful, nice gym, and the apartments are all painted with the trendy/out of style gray decor… but after living here for 9 months and going from one management company to a new one, it’s lacking. I live on the 1st floor because I am alone and have 2 dogs for easy access. If you have anyone living above you you hear them vacuuming stomping around all hours of the day/night, dropping things, etc. Can’t speak for other floors, but the carpets on the first floor hallways are disgusting. Stained, always look trashed, and it constantly smells like a stale ashtray. The shower is poorly designed. You have to jump out really quick after turning it on to avoid being pelted with cold water. And if the door isn’t shut properly, it leaks all over your floor. My dryer stops working after a few loads even after having it serviced multiple times. My dishwasher leaks if I don’t shut it properly bc the door doesn’t close right. The parking here is horrendous. Not nearly enough spots for people who live here and their guests. The latest nonsense is the newly installed garage door with newly “assigned” parking spots. Which aren’t exactly assigned. They’re a “first come first serve” basis, so if you could live on first floor and have FOURTH FLOOR PARKING. New renters and those adding tike to their lease have to start PAY FOR PARKING now too. From the outside it looks nice, but it’s poorly taken care of, residents weren’t warned at all about the new “pay for parking” feature that would be added, and if you never got their email, you would not know you needed to race to the leasing office to get your parking spot. Otherwise, I would have. Never received a single email, told this to the office and they said to download an app. Which I did. And still, no where stated parking spots were to be given away on a first come first serve basis. Just poorly poorly poorly run.
Great apartment with lots to do
Awesome apartments and very happy with our choice, modern finishes and lots of amennites witb friendly staff and fast maintainance when needed.
