Happy Here

Since moving here almost 5 years ago, I have been very pleased with my residency. I have been able to enjoy all the amenities that (name of the building) has to offer. From the gym, to sitting by a fire pit in the courtyard, and the proximity to so many great restaurants and events at the art walk, just to name a few. Most importantly, the safety measures that are taken to ensure the security of the tenants are impressive. There are many reasons to recommend someone to seek residency here, but ultimately I would say that there is a great sense of community here while still being able to maintain your privacy. There are many opportunities to socialize with the in-house events hosted by ( the building name)

convenient location with great amenities

It's been great living here due to short commute time to my workplace as well as the nice amenities the complex provides. Parking is conveniently located right behind the apartment building. However the noise coming from Hamilton street can become a nuisance mostly during the summer time due to the vehicles outside or events

Been at cityplace North since Dec 2021, and really like it. Hardly any complaints at all.. Appreciate the maintainence staff - they are super prompt! Building is always kept clean:)
