Good and can be great

I've lived in CSL for 3 Mos. In my opinion, it's a good place to accommodate in a prime location. The community gatherings and perks are astounding but a new rule (put in place a week after I started living here) does make me think whether I signed a lease for a room in a college hostel or in an apartment complex with mature adults. The "No access to certain places within the building (lounges, courtyard, Skydeck) after 10PM" rule. Not happy with it at all, especially when access to those areas 24/7 (as said in my tour before signing the contract) was a key factor in my decision to move forward with the contract. Another point that makes me unhappy is needing the key fob to access every door in the building. I am all for security and I believe the doors should be accessible only to personal with a key but the key must be physical is my concern. I've lived in many technologically advanced buildings and in most of those places, along with the physical key, they had a fail-safe/ backup for the tenant to access the place. It would be coded pad outside the door/ phone app that listed every door in the building (Gym, lounger, study area, roof, etc). I would be really happy if there was an app on the phone which when close to the door would still be able to open the door. Coming from an engineering background, I can confidently say it is not a difficult thing to implement with the existing RFID reader tags on every door.
