Harbor Heights is #1 in every way. Location could not be better if you want to be within walking distance of everything downtown. The staff is amazing ~ totally amazing! Organized, communicative, professional, responsive ~ they go out of their way to make events and daily life enjoyable, fun and pleasant for the residents. The building is impeccably clean and well maintained. The maintenance department is incredible! The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Everything you need to live comfortably is here. Harbor Heights offers a complete fitness room, upscale and comfortable common areas for socializing or relaxing, an internet care area, secure parking, secure building, game room and library, The bonus is the sky terrace, a huge beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Budd Bay and the City, well-appointed with tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge furniture, barbecues and fire pits. You will meet friends at Harbor Heights and find activities for every interest. Harbor Heights is the ideal residence for those of us that are 55+.

Have now been here just a little over a year and it's been wonderful. Have enjoyed the potlucks and other events. Don't hear any noise from the hall or upstairs neighbors. Staff is fabulous. Building very secure and can't beat the location. So glad we found this place!
