    The buildings are a little old, but maintenance does a good job of getting to issues quickly. My unit was renovated and looks very nice. It’s a really quiet place to live, though sometimes there isn’t much parking for visitors.

    The staff at the front office has been great with helping me an my family, move in an taking care of any issues that I may have had. Recommend this place to any soldier that moves to JBLM.

    I can only say great things about this place. Location - A+ Safe - A+ Interior/Exterior - A+ Front Office Employees/maintenance guys - A+ Affordable - B, but pretty much worth it.
