I lived here for about 4 years and have found the facility and staff to be very professional, well designed, and responsive. etc. The functions for the residents are well designed to the audience and fun. The weekly Dilly Dally meeting provides an opportunity for the residents to bring their own potluck items and is very valued. The pool and hot tub are great; and another undervalued facility is the Dog Spa where a real canine cleaning sink, blower and hair dryer are provided. This saves me money. My main concern is that the ongoing annual rent increases will price me out of the market for the area we live.

I have lived here for 11 months. The property is well maintained. Location is great. I have not seen any security threats in the parking lot. I wish that residents could choose their primary parking space. My maintenance work orders have been all well done, and usually within one 24 hour period. If the staff could hold the monthly staff town hall once a quarter on a Saturday, I believe you would have all of the people who still work full time on the weekdays attend it.

Three years of comfort. My unit is located in a prime spot for me - top floor close to elevator, trash room, quiet hallways too walk, friendly neighbors. Affinity residents are interesting, but I enjoy a click of a dozen people who I consider to be good fiends - my support group. Overall, a safe and comfortable home for me as I use a walker for balance to keep me upright and mobile.
