Arbor pointe

Staff is amazing, closet doors aren’t put together correct and some dog owners have ruined common areas so kids can’t play in the grass

I gave my review rating is based on how long I have lived he

In the amount of time I have lived here It seems like less people care about where they live and how it looks. People do not pick up after themselves they do not pick up after the animals that is truly been an embarrassment when you have friends and family come to visit. People do not pick up after the third animals. They do not keep their animals on a leash. Maintenance needs extra help because they can only do so much so fast and get anything fixed. Seems like you put a work order in and it takes a couple of months for them to even attempt to tell you that they’re going to fix it. The amount of years I have lived here. It truly has started going downhill and I love this place. This is my home. I get very sad when people don’t take care of their place where they live/their home.
