Have had issues with parking, neighbors not used to new rules and have had guest park in numbers places. Guests smoking making our apartment above smell like smoke. Some things we dented, scratched or missing screens but fixed in a timely manner. Staff is polite

It’s a really nice location, no where near the highway so it’s nice and quiet. Other residents are great. The music played is a little loud but it’s alright
