Great apartment

This location is close to just about everything which is very convenient. Downfall for this location is parking space is very limited which is understandable due to being a small aparnent complex. Overall though love it here manger is super kind as well as the maintenance team. Best part is how close i-5 is.

Staff is amazing, Parking could be a bit better. Maintenance is swift and courteous. Manager lives on property as well so shes personally invested in taking care of the property. Neighbors can be noisy but thats normal for apartments

Hidden jewel

We had been searching for a while and this place is a tucked away little secret. The lack of amenities that other complexes have is a little irritating. However, the staff has been nothing but welcoming and friendly, the neighborhood is quiet and respectful, and I have never felt afraid or concerned for my safety.

Great place to live

I have lived in Nisqually Ridge apartments for the past 4 years. If i wasn't being moved by the military again i would continue to stay in this complex. Ellie does a wonderful job managing and treating all of the residents as extended family members.

Parking Misuse

Parking is at a premium at our complex and individuals are taking up parking spaces with vehicles they are basically storing, and have not moved in over 6 months. Also the areas clearly marked as no parking are having individuals store their motorcycles in the walk way rather than pay for a parking space or storage unit, making it difficult to navigate to the sidewalks with loads of groceries without hitting vehicles.
