Excellent place to live

I have lived here since 2019 and can't say enough good things about Capitol Club. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond. The property is maintained and is safe and comfortable. The outdoor pool with barbeque area is amazing during the summer months! The other tenants have become like family and we look out for each other. Great community here. Thank you, Capitol Club. I appreciate you.

It’s alright for temporary living. 1 bedroom cost way too much for the size. Community laundry machines always break but plenty if parking

good value

The Staff here are lovely people. They have always treated me with respect and patience (and I can be a bit of a pill). The Office seems to close early a lot, though. The Maintenance team is regularly at work keeping the property nice and tidy responding to any issue promptly. The close proximity to the freeway and shopping centers is a definite plus. Like anywhere there will be issues that may annoy, like other tenants not picking up after their dogs, stealing plants, or parking in reserved spots but by and large I've been happy here.

I have lived here since 2014

On day one, my apartment was full of fleas. After a few thorough vacuumings, the pests were gone. If I hadn't been so rushed in clearing out the moving truck, I would have made a complaint. As it was, fleas are very easily managed with the aforementioned chore and I never brought it to their attention. Maintenance is very thorough and always does exactly what you need. During the pandemic, however, the services were very limited. The lights in the kitchen, for example, are not the typical screw-in types. They are different and harder to find in a store. So I used to call maintenance to change them, until everyone was afraid to go outside. I was ordered rather rudely to replace my own. I had no idea where such a bulb was even sold, not to mention, removing the light cover isn't exactly easy as it's glass and has no real place to grab on to it. So, I went all out and got 20 year LED bulbs so I wouldn't have to worry about it again. And now I'll answer some suggested questions: I have lived here since July of 2014, moving in just after I made enough money to cover the initial closing costs. I have seen many people come and go and have always wondered where they moved to. Living in Lacey isn't cheap and this location is no exception. What I like most about living here is the closeness to just about every thing you need. Just take one turn left and you're already in a business district. It's pretty nice. I'm not sure I'd recommend this place for people who know what they want. I'd more recommend it to people looking for their first independent address. It's good for gaining experience being independent, but I wouldn't suggest staying. The only reason I have is because of the horrid world that makes rent go up but keep wages the same. Basically, I've been too afraid to move because I've seen what's out there. Everything's expensive. All in all, I'd say this place is pretty good for living on your own, but I wouldn't make a career out of it. ;)
