I have lived here for 6 months. I place several maintenance requests when I moved in - including a broken toilet and a broken lock on my mailbox - and it took maintenance FOUR MONTHS to come and fix those issues. I called Delancey many times about this, but they either never answered or were completely unhelpful.

There is also a plethora of bugs in the apartments when it starts to get warm out. And in the winter, it is very hard to keep my apartment warm with the heaters. Other than that, the staff is always very friendly and prompt to maintenance requests.

I love living at 1919 Market - the staff is so friendly, it's secure, and you can't beat the rooftop pool or top floor gym. The few times we've needed maintenance assistance, they came quickly. Having parking available attached to the building is so nice as well.
