Great building in Rittenhouse
I have lived here for seven months and I really enjoy the property. Maintenance is very quick when I submit a request. I like how there are package lockers so I know that my packages are always in a secure place. I really love the rooftop as well. The gym in the building is great compared to other buildings in the area, and it is one of the reasons why I picked this building. The staff is great when I need them as well. You cannot beat the location.

Perfect Location!
The experience living in the Rittenhouse Claridge has been nothing but positive. The maintenance comes within an hour of the request, and the front desk clerks could not be friendlier. Might I add it is the best location in Philadelphia right on Rittenhouse square!
Love it here!
First, love the location and being in the heart of Rittenhouse Square adds to the beauty of the areas and the safe feeling as well. Door person is always available with friendly smile and always available to help. Communication is excellent with emails about maintenance and building issues. Maintenace staff is very knowledgeable and very efficient.
