Acceptable place to live
Good amenities. Maintenance is not that good. Excellent location. Excellent staff. 2 major problems: elevators are slow and most of the time out of service, and frequent false fire alarms.

I have enjoyed living here very much but as with any high rise with multiple buildings, there tend to be many issues. Elevators stop working very frequently, the trash chute gets stuck frequently as well, the fire alarm goes off at least once a month an usually at the most inconvenient times. I've had to evacuate the building at 2 am, 7 am and 5 pm among others, it gets very annoying. The ammenities are really nice but I feel they only count if you truly get to use them. The gym is really nice but it does not have all the equipment one might hope in a gym. The pool is nice since you can use it year round but they have issues with it occassionally. The rooftop is amazing! The staff overall are amazing and super kind!

Nice place to live
We moved in a few months ago and so far so good. Amenities are great for the price and location is near amazing restaurants and parks. Staff is kind and responsive. Elevators can be slow at peak times but they're in the process of a modernization and when finished will run much faster. Hallways can be cleaner, they are also being renovated. Apartment layouts are very functional compared to new construction buildings. Terraces are a nice size. Overall a great place to live.
