You can have a pleasant experience living here but incidence of residence turnover seems very high.Not a place to make friends or other types of long lasting relationships. I have lived here approximately 34 months

Love Living Here

I absolutely LOVE living at the Griffin. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The building and amenities are always clean. The location is prime in Center City. I have no complaints about anything at all living here. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I have lived here for over 2 years and it has been a very pleasant experience.Concierge staff are very knowledgable,polite,and helpful.Maintenance responds quickly to requests and resolve issues quickly
