Great staff and quick maintenance

Moved here last year. First, I was happy with the location and the new restoration of apartment. Front desk is very friendly, attentive and always goes an extra step to help. Maintenance issues are usually taken care within 24 hours. Rooftop is amazing!

Great Value for money!

Location is hard fo beat, maintenance is timely and staff is very nice! Does not have amenities like others in the area but value for what you pay.

Good price for location

The apartment is an affordable price for the location. Staff is usually friendly & ive never had to wait for a maintenance request to get done for longer than a day or so. The unit im in is extremely quiet which i appreciate as well!

Needs Improvement

24x7 security is the one thing that really made me gravitate to this place - but recently I was locked out of the apartment because of a glitch in the fob in the middle of the night, only to find that no one was present at the concierge to be able to assist. I was told later that the person on duty for that time never showed up for their shift. Repair and maintenance has been great but the management is hardly approachable. While I understand amenities might take time, basic facilities like bike parking can be provided for easily but do not exist.
