Review

Awesome building. Wish we could get a red light bed or make further use of locker room/basement space for more wellness stuff like infared sauna. Hope to have upscale convenient store or coffee shop in the store space downstairs. Staff is awesome. One of the best buildings I’ve lived in.

We moved in July. Great building, staff at reception are great. Gym and other facilities are excellent, adequate to the hefty price paid. The biggest issue is that the promised valet parking is not available. Need to be waitlisted for months.

Gym and rooftop are great; staff is very helpful and friendly; valet parking is a nice perk. Broad street can be a little noisy and would prefer that elevator use required a key fob
