Have lived here for about a month now and absolutely love it! Such an adorable building, and the staff are so friendly. I really enjoy the amenities and the location is perfect. My only complaint would be the walls are unfortunately thin so we can hear our neighbors a lot, and the waitlist for a parking spot is a bummer. Otherwise, such a cool apartment :)

We moved to Philadelphia 2 years ago. Chocolate Works turned out to be a good choice. Thanks to Dan and Nina, our switch from long time homeowners to apartment dwellers was smooth. We consider those who work the front desk and maintain friends, especially Yolanda, who is always willing to go the extra "mile". Having met Angela, We are certain we will continue to enjoy our living here.
