I just moved into the unit yesterday. I enjoy the location, amenities, and close parking. The unit was not very clean upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. There was also a few things that need to be repaired. The staff was very nice, but not knowledgable about how to move in and use the loading dock. The parking lot could be improved to to have a fence around it.

over priced. always issues with maintenance. Lived here 3 years; have been asking to have submeters for water and electric verified b/c they are not accurate and no one has responded to my request. Changes in management 6 or 7 times since i've lived here. front desk staff and hakim are great. Management is not. Promises to make improvements (gym, rooftop) are unkept. I hope to not live here much longer if conditions dont change for the price i currently pay.
