My 1st experience in apartment complex living after being a homeowner all or most of my life, this has been a wonderful experience. If I could give y'all 10 stars, I would.

The development is a nice place to live in. If would be better if the grounds were kept. There are alot of spiderswebs on the stairway from the first to the top floor. I putv in a ground ticket but it was never addressed. One time I ended up sweeping the webs away myself but the spiders weren't in the webs so ofcoursev the webs are back.

I really do like living here it's very quiet they just like family and just like home I really do enjoy all the amenities a nice place to live I really do like coming home I like the staff I like the maintenance people they really do have the place looking clean and I really do enjoy

Moved in at the beginning of May and have had a good experience so far. All the apartments were renovated with new appliances in kitchen, new sinks in bathrooms and lighting fixtures. I choose this apartment because of the location, it has easy access to Kennesaw, Woodstock, Roswell, Cartersville or 575 to go to Atlanta. The biggest surprise is is just how great the mantaince team is. Everytime I have had an issue maintenence has come the same day or next day and always very polite. Neighbors are quiet and haven't had a problem. There is a pool and small playground for children, and a gym for use during office hours.

Love living at Waldan Pond. Ive been here 4 years. Very quiet complex. Location is great. Easy to get to shopping, and major roadways The Leasing & Maintenance staff are top-notch. Always friendly, helpful and attend to issues promptly.

I love my home. The staff is amazing. I have plenty of parking. The ammenties are the best of any apartment I have ever rented. I feel safe and have not had any noisy neighbors or any problems at all. It has been so nice living here.

We found this community while it was under construction & worked with their corporate office (which is located here in the metro area). It was an awesome experience from first contact to move in & beyond. We moved in soon as they allowed us. It is rare to find a property that isn't sold off in mere months after completion. Davis Development continues to build, own & manage their properties. Not a common thing these days. The property manager is the same person that has been here since day one. She lives on site & is awesome. ALL of the staff here are amazing! You will not find kinder people. They are definitely ADA friendly making sure we had what was needed for Sam to continue living independently. The property is kept in beautiful condition. The units are spacious with wide halls which are great for us. The elevators are a great amenity as well & you never see an out of order sign. The community has a true gate & fence surrounding us which is great for security. The gate is never out of order. Again they keep this place in perfect shape. If there are any problems, they always alert the residents so we are aware of everything. Communication is great. You never hear residents fighting or have the police coming in like some places. It is a true neighborhood with people of all ages here. We have kids, young people, seniors. Everyone is kind to each other. The staff always has community activities going on. The location is great too.
