We absolutely love the appartment it is perfect for our family!!! Its quite, and the layout is great!! The only drawback we have is that we are required to pay for xfinity for cable and internet when we stream and have the option to pay for a less expensive internet plan with our cell phone company.

Water bill and Media bundle should be done differently.

I am unsure of the legalities or contracts of billing between the Grand Reserve and the partner water and cable companies, but I don't very much like that my water bill is a percentage of the total bill paid by the property. I would much rather be billed according to what amount of water I have personally used, instead of paying $80 - $90 every month when I don't hardly use that much water. Especially since I live by myself. The same goes for the Media bundle. It's a nice concept, however, I'm paying $100 a month for cable and internet, when i don't even us the cable... I feel like certain things could be re-negotiated.
