Linz-my new home

I moved in recently and have enjoyed my new home here. The staff have been very helpful and kind. The amenities are great. Parking can get a little crowded sometimes. Im glad I chose this community. I hope to stay here if possible ana affordable in the foreseeable future. Thanks to the whole team here that work hard to make this my home, not just a complex.

Great place to Live!

We found this community while it was under construction & worked with their corporate office (which is located here in the metro area). It was an awesome experience from first contact to move in & beyond. We moved in soon as they allowed us. It is rare to find a property that isn't sold off in mere months after completion. Davis Development continues to build, own & manage their properties. Not a common thing these days. The property manager is the same person that has been here since day one. She lives on site & is awesome. ALL of the staff here are amazing! You will not find kinder people. They are definitely ADA friendly making sure we had what was needed for Sam to continue living independently. The property is kept in beautiful condition. The units are spacious with wide halls which are great for us. The elevators are a great amenity as well & you never see an out of order sign. The community has a true gate & fence surrounding us which is great for security. The gate is never out of order. Again they keep this place in perfect shape. If there are any problems, they always alert the residents so we are aware of everything. Communication is great. You never hear residents fighting or have the police coming in like some places. It is a true neighborhood with people of all ages here. We have kids, young people, seniors. Everyone is kind to each other. The staff always has community activities going on. The location is great too.

Great Place To Live But There Are Some Down Sides

I moved in about 8 or 9 months ago. This place has wonderful amenities like a gym, a "cafe" with free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Theres a rec room and movie theatre and a wonderful pool that's open all year. The dog spa is a favorite that I use often. I love the gym but do wish there was a stair climber.. For the most part the place is quaint and quiet but I have noticed if you have a complaint that management tends to just chalk it up with "apartment living". Sometimes parking is an issue, and noise is a factor sometimes. And the turn over in the management office or maintenance seems to be high. I think i've seen 3 new groups of people in maintenance since i've lived here? This place is very dog friendly (which I like) however no one picks up after their dogs. And management doesn't enforce this other than sending the occasional email. Even though it clearly states it's a requirement in the lease agreement. They do have dog trash bins posted around but the dog trash bins always seem to be overflowing. This is a great place to stay. However for the price I pay and some of the issues I have to deal with that management seems to just brush off, sometimes I wonder if I am paying too much...

I have had the smoothest approval and move in process! I love everything about this place and so glad I chose Linz! The ethernet will be installed tomorrow as I work from home and what is provided is not fast enough.
