Overall Rating
We have rented here for 5 years and remain pleased with the overall management of the complex. Especially satisfied with the response of the maintenance team when addressing any issues when requested.
Great luxurious place!
This property is very nice. I feel very safe with my kids here. It’s always very clean. Staff is very friendly.
Apartment Living
I had a great time living here! No complaints from me. Staff has been friendly and inviting at the clubhouse and around whenever I see them.
Trash Valet and Garbage
The location of the Crest is very convenient; we enjoy the amenities especially trash valet however when trash is not picked up and resident have to go to take their garage to the compactor it gets filled up quickly and then garbage is left piled up on the outside of the compactor which is very unsightly. Also, 3 of our former neighbors constantly left their garbage out for pickup and routinely did not put it in the trash can provided. I complained several times as on a couple of occasions an animal got into the garbage and left it strewn all over our breezeway. I cleaned it up both times. There are now garbage stains where our neighbors garbage leaked and I asked about having it pressured washed seveeal times but was told we currently do not have a grounds keeper. Our new neighbors do now put their garbage in the trash can but the ugly stains on the breezeway of our building still remain.
