The apartment is very spacecious. Could use better finishings. The aprtment feels kid of damp and there are a lot of rollie pollies. The carpet was not new. Like the hardwood floor look in common areas.

Nice apartments

The development is a nice place to live in. If would be better if the grounds were kept. There are alot of spiderswebs on the stairway from the first to the top floor. I putv in a ground ticket but it was never addressed. One time I ended up sweeping the webs away myself but the spiders weren't in the webs so ofcoursev the webs are back.

2nd year living here, very convience walking to main street, reasonable renting monthly comfort.

I really do like living here it's very quiet they just like family and just like home I really do enjoy all the amenities a nice place to live I really do like coming home I like the staff I like the maintenance people they really do have the place looking clean and I really do enjoy

Has potential

This community is a prime location with the potential for being a top rated property. I believe it falls apart due to lack of screening and holding tenants accountable to the expectations set in place to keep the community respectable and clean. My impression is that the management thus far has not been given the tools and backup needed to uphold these expectations of the tenants. I would like to be specific in saying Mrs. Patricia works her tail off to keep the property running and happy. We all adore her and she stays straight and narrow on the guidelines of her position. We need someone to step in and give her the A. Praise and recognition she deserves and B. The backup she needs to get this property back up to par.
