Moved in at the beginning of May and have had a good experience so far. All the apartments were renovated with new appliances in kitchen, new sinks in bathrooms and lighting fixtures. I choose this apartment because of the location, it has easy access to Kennesaw, Woodstock, Roswell, Cartersville or 575 to go to Atlanta. The biggest surprise is is just how great the mantaince team is. Everytime I have had an issue maintenence has come the same day or next day and always very polite. Neighbors are quiet and haven't had a problem. There is a pool and small playground for children, and a gym for use during office hours.
Love living at Waldan Pond. Ive been here 4 years. Very quiet complex. Location is great. Easy to get to shopping, and major roadways The Leasing & Maintenance staff are top-notch. Always friendly, helpful and attend to issues promptly.
